The Social or 'S' element of our ESG strategy concerns our people and the relationships that our business has with stakeholders and the communities in which we operate. At Air Partner we are focused on what we believe to be the four key pillars of developing this strategy.

Our people are what makes Air Partner so extraordinary and our objective is to ensure that we continue to provide a safe environment where everyone is fulfilled and can reach their full potential. We want a diverse, inclusive and healthy workforce who live out our values of caring deeply, taking responsibility and working as one.
The following are just some examples of the ways in which we are seeking to provide opportunities for our people to develop and work in a fair organisation:
We recognise that fostering employee wellbeing is good for our people and business. We want to promote wellbeing in order that we can help prevent stress and create positive working environments where individuals can thrive. We view good health and wellbeing as a core enabler of employee engagement and organisational performance which is why in the last financial year, we have prioritised employees’ wellbeing and effective communication. Our employee assistance programme is designed to help and support our people with a range of physical and mental health issues.
We are proud to have formed a partnership with the Charlie Waller Trust who have been working for over 20 years to improve people’s awareness and understanding of mental wellbeing, providing the education and skills to build positive mental health. Through our workplace mental health programme, our people are receiving training to recognise and address mental health issues within individuals and teams.
We are proud to contribute positively to the communities in which we operate by continuing to create employment opportunities, drive charitable initiatives and activity encouraging staff by supporting volunteering days.
We have a Charity Committee which seeks to develop charitable and third sector partnerships based on the key areas in which we operate globally. We're proud to support our colleagues who step up to raise money for a variety of charities and good causes.
We believe strongly that good supply chain management is more than just the movement of goods and services and it must include issues such as human resource practices and business ethics.
