The B747-400F freighter is the all-cargo transport variant of the Boeing 747-400 family of aircraft. Highly adaptable, the B747 design features both side and nose loading doors including a mechanized cargo handling system. The swing-up nose is great for dealing with some of the challenges of wide, tall lengthy oversized freight that may not fit in the door of other aircraft types. It can reasonably accommodate a length of up to 185 feet long and 12.5 feet wide and nearly 9.9 feet high.
